I put a lot of stake in my prediction for Florida High last season, and it almost panned out. With the new metro/suburban realignment, the schedule Florida High is playing and the amount of talent they’re putting on the field, I believe that this is the year the Seminoles could finish with a ring. With 2S mashing up teams from 3A to 5A, it’ll be a challenge, but this team is used to playing up.
They have Ponte Vedra and Lincoln on their schedule this fall, who are in higher classifications, along with a handful of other area powers. There are some questions with a younger quarterback stepping up, but with the players around him and coaching, the development period should be quick. This will be an entertaining team for sure.
